Yes! Downloading the app, creating a profile, and searching for pet-friendly spots is
completely free. We only charge a small service fee when you book paid services like PawSafe
sitting.
Simply open the app, go to the 'PawSafe' tab, enter your location and dates, and browse
available sitters. You can read reviews, chat with them, and book directly through the app.
Absolutely. Every booking made through PawsRoam is covered by our comprehensive pet
insurance, including emergency medical expenses and third-party liability. Peace of mind is
our priority.
We love welcoming new caregivers! Click on 'Become a PawSafer' in the menu, complete your
profile, and pass our verification and background check process. Once approved, you can
start accepting bookings.
Payments are processed securely and released to your account 24 hours after the booking is
successfully completed. You can track your earnings directly in the app dashboard.
We take safety seriously. All PawSafers undergo identity verification, background checks,
and a knowledge assessment. We also rely on our community review system to maintain high
